| A young, self motivated, uncompromising cook
that can satisfy the demanding needs of exclusive greek yacht
charter guests by taking them through the paths of the Greek
and International cuisine. Her creative abilities span from
various French style cooked meat, to Greek grilled fish and
Italian pasta, in addition she would be more than happy to prepare
any kind of special dish a guest may desire with some help on
the details. Anna-Maria :has completed a two-year Chef
course in Athens and since then she was creatively working
in restaurants around Greece.
During the summer of year 2000 her skills and abilities were
noted and appreciated from the owners of this yacht who convinced
her to leave the "Veggera" fashionable restaurant
she was then working at the island of Serifos and join their
previous yacht Ellen III. |

and holds an able seaman license and life saving appliance certificate. |
He worked onboard merchant ocean going vessel
as a Deck Cadet Officer from 1986 till 1993, and then onboard
various yachts as Deck hand-assistant, he has been working
onboard Ellen IV since beginning of Summer 2002.
